I am not using CLR browser when it pops up on the screen it's jsut for me to see. I seemed to notice that it always works fine for people in the North American region but when it comes to over seas (mainly Germany and the UK) it plays the sound but doesnt grant the currency reward, move them VIP, or grant them VIP time.


Also I was wondering if the bot stacks VIP time for the people that donate more then once? like if i donated bronze 3 times if it would bump me up to silver and give me 3 months instead of one. Just wondering on this part. Just so i know if i need to go in and manually change the times and VIP myself.

I got the donation alret working yesterday and it worked great I stopped streaming left the bot running. Once I got back on someone donated and while the sound played the stock iamge that comes with the donation alret did not pop up also the bot did not give any syns to the person who had donated.
It worked fine yesterday but now it's not doing anything mut making the sound when someone donates.

like if i type !hi
they bot would reply with 1 of, lets say, 4 commands

Bug Reports / Deep Bot Keeps Crashing

My Deep bot keeps crashing and i really need it working for tonight. Someone please help.

EDIT: I was noticing some people are having the same problems and i tried the different fixes but they have bot worked for me yet. Only thing I haven't tried is re-installing it, mainly because i don't have the download for deepbot anymore.

Help/Support / Need To Change My Bots Log In

So I made the account for my bot a long time ago (used to be my mod account for other streams) Apparently the e-mail for that account was hacked and i have not been able to get it back. I also cannot log into my twitch account (SynBot) due to the password not working.
I have already made a new account for the bot (iSynBot) and i'm wondering if I could please get this changed so I can use the Bot.
Sorry for making this a bit of a hassle.

My twitch account is OriginalxSyn. Thanks for any help.

A lil bit about me.
The name is Syn and streaming is what I love to do.
I stream almost everyday from 12am-10am sometimes more.
I play so manygames to name a few D3 (ready for RoS), League, Infestation, DayZ SA, Rust, CoD:Ghosts to anme a few.
I Love to raid at the end of the stream (even tho they are normally small raids) and I love to be raided (even if it's just a few people)
