1) Where did you hear about DeepBot from? I heard about the bot from one of my mods.
2) Your stream name? www.twitch.tv/shahzam
3) Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to). My twitch bot account name is shahzbot.
4) Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Monday-Friday 4pm EST - 4/5 AM EST
5) Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Yes it is.
6) Average number of users on your channel? 500+
7) Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. Yes, I would need too. I'm currently using modbot. I'm im unable to do so I don't mind starting over with the points.
