Help/Support / Can't edit User Ranks ?

I am trying to setup something for a promotion stream for the gaming documentary and I would like to create ranks so users can check what tiers they are in based on the hours they watch. I am just wondering if I have to manual change the log or if it is just not up correctly or outdated to something else. Thanks!

Where did you hear about DeepBot from?   A few other streamers.

Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] 4 -5 days a week. Monday 1p-9p, Tuesday 1p-9p, Thursday 5p -1a, Saturday usually 8+ hours and some Sundays for 8+hours.
Is your stream partnered with Twitch?  YES
Average number of users on your channel?  100-300 viewers
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. We are currently using ModBot, but we can reset the point system for converting to you guys.
