Bug Reports / Points are not updating for some viewers

About a week ago I tried the points option where the bot only issues points to viewers active in chat for the last

• mins,

a few days later I decided I didn't like that option so I took it off.
Afterwards it was brought to my attention that a few viewers haven't received any points at all for the past week and a half even though they were in chat.
Is that a bug? or I have no idea why several viewers haven't received any points at all.

Deepbot doesn't work on XP. It works on Vista Service pack 1 or 2 or something and up.

how do I move the files from one computer to another if I may ask?
I just need the points data from my old computer

Hey sorry for the inconvenience the bot name I originally chose was actually way too long and makes the chat look clunky so if you don't mind
