Help/Support / Deepbot fails to connect

Hi All,

Deepbot has stopped connecting as of a few days ago, I've ensured that my firewall is disabled, double checked the bot and streamer accounts login and authenticate correctly... I just can't see any reason why it's happening.

The client is fully up to date - the only thing I can think that I've changed recently is my stream key, will this effect deepbot? If so where can I update it in the client.

I heard about DeepBot from QueenE's stream and ONSCREENLOL

My stream name is: twitch.tv/slumphgaming

My bot name is: twitch.tv/slumphbot

I typically stream fri, sat, sun and 1 or 2 days in the week.

Not yet partnered!
 
I average 30~ viewers

I do not need to migrate an existing points system.
