Need to cancel monthly subscription since I can't stream as often anymore. Who do I message for this?

I tried using Administrator, and Compatibility for Win 7 and Win 8 but the bot instantly crashes. Would Uninstalling and Reinstalling help and would I lose information if I did?

This is sometimes for Viewers but even for mods and even myself, I didn't see any problems with permissions and most other commands work.

Where did you hear about DeepBot from? A Streamer (SweetKeith)
Your stream name? The_Nicktator_Twitch
Twitch bot account name? (Same as Twitch Stream Name)
Your streaming schedule? 5-7 days out of the week, for at least 3 hours per stream
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Nope
Average number of users on your channel? 15
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. I currently use ModBot
(Also I donated earlier this week my Paypal email is the same as the email I used to register with)

I did a $10 Donation to get into the BETA but forgot to register my account first (I know I'm stupid) any chance I can get Deepbot still?
