Help/Support / Help with point system PLEASE

Can anyone help me with my points please.
When I first got deepbot I sent them up and I figured out how to customized the ranks for my point system everything was working fine and when my viewers would check their points the ranks I had made should up but out of no where they dont now the default ranks are shown in my user list and when they check their points during my stream. but in the settings my custom ranks are shown. I cant change anything anymore because some settings are greyed out. Do i need to be VIP to fix this?
