Bug Reports / Re: Deepbot Discord integration
« on: August 13, 2017, 05:19:38 AM »
Originally Discord did not work along with everybody else. However, since the Discord integration update on 10.4.3, I keep receiving a "crashed" error message when attempting to connect (which still fails).

I've attempted to completely wipe my settings and the bot from discord in an attempt or re-setup the configurations and unfortunately it did not succeed.

I've attached the crash log for further review.

Thanks,

Bug Reports / Windows Hotkeys Inconsistent Functionality
« on: October 03, 2015, 01:30:35 PM »
Bug: Deepbot can be maximized via Windows hotkeys, but can't be restored to the default size unless restarted

Info:
1) I'm running Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate Operating System
2) Another user tested on Windows 8.1 and it failed as well
3) Emererocky tested on Win 10 and the Win Restore shortcut was functional

Win Key+Up arrow: Maximize the active window.
Win Key+Down arrow: Minimize the window/Restore the window if it's maximized.
Win Key+Left/Right arrows: Dock the window to each side of the monitor.

Deepbot locks the above mentioned hotkeys EXCEPT the "Win Key+Up arrow" to maximize the client. When this occurs, there is no standard method to restore the client back to the original size. The user will need to exit and restart Deepbot to restore it back to the default size.

How did you produce this bug or come across it?:
1) Click on Deepbot
2) Press "Win Key+Up arrow" simultaneously
3) Observe Deepbot client maximize
4) Press "Win Key+Down arrow" simultaneously
5) Observe that Deepbot client will not restore back to correct size
6) Restart Deepbot Client
7) Observe default client size is restored

Help/Support / Re: Deepbot windows 10
« on: August 08, 2015, 02:11:18 AM »
This actually isn't a Windows 10 problem. A Database is down and DeepBot is unable to connect correctly. There are a few other posts about this and I'm experiencing it on Windows 7 as well.

Unfortunately all we can do is play the waiting game.

Still down on my end. Gotta keep playing the waiting game =)

I appreciate the update on the situation though!

Help/Support / Re: Am a VIP, Donation Page Broken?
« on: August 08, 2015, 01:01:18 AM »
I appear to be experiencing the same issue. My VIP is getting close to running out, but hasn't officially run out yet.

This may be related to the DeepBot connection crashing issues I'm experiencing and have replied to on another post. I can't even get DeepBot to launch.

To add on, it appears that another user is experiencing this error on this post - http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=4313.0

Also, I previously mentioned raidcall/skype for discussion, but I'd be happy to access an IRC channel if I had the correct address.

Thanks for reviewing!

Another post with the exact same error was posted at http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=4312.0.

Please be careful when creating posts. Be sure to check out if others are experiencing the same issue.

Hello all,

I'm experiencing this exact same problem. I've read on some other posts and attempted:

1) Run as Admin
2) Re-name backups folder
3) Stopped all other software
4) Restarting computer

The only thing that changed from last night and this morning was adding a follow command so that users could see when they followed the channel. As well as adding a timed message that includes a link.

A couple of recent examples of the crash error for me:

07 Aug 11:07:00,686 - 0.7.3.1: Crashed Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

Bug Reports / Notification sound "crashes"
« on: January 04, 2015, 05:17:43 AM »
Hello All,

It appears that the coding requires use of Windows Media Player to function for the notification sounds. I uninstalled Windows Media Player and deepbot keeps throwing a crash error.

If the coding can not be modified to use an alternate source, could it at least be set so the dialog box states that Windows Media Player must be installed and functional to use? Although I'd prefer not to be required to have WMP installed to use the notification  :)

See attached image file and logs below:
