Help/Support / Can't update!!! PLEASE HELP

Can someone please help?? I just downloaded Deepbot and it wont let me update. The message says:   

Oops! I have crahed. Saving crash log to errorlog.txt.

Can someone please assist me in this?! Thanks!

1. Where did you hear about DeepBot from? Friends

2. Your stream name? forthepacks

3. Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) FTPBot

4. Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Mon 7-2am  Wed 7-2am  Friday 7-2am  Sunday 1pm-12am

5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Not yet

6. Average number of users on your channel? 45-70

7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. Yes i am currently using ankhbot but just started a few days ago. I can transfer points myself.

For point migrations, please email your CurrencyDB.sqlite file to deepbot@deep.sg for conversion.
