Feature Requests / obs text files optimized for Scroll filter

For the text files located in the "obs" folder, could we get variations of the text files (specifically Latest5GWSubs.txt) that append a ", " at the end (a comma and space) that way we can add the Scroll filter in OBS and they will scroll seamlessly? At the moment, when doing a scroll filter the first and last name on the list will clash with each other due to there being being no whitespace or comma separator at the end of the text file.

Hope this makes sense.
