I also cannot login. Am running the latest update.  My error says 'An error occurred when trying to login to DeepBot serrvers.  Please ensure your connection is not being blocked by anti-virus software or firewalls'.  I have triple checked and can confirm that Deepbot is in the 'allowed' list for both my anti virus and firewall. Eep.  I'm happy to uninstall and reinstall to give that a shot but don't know wherte to find the download AND don't want my viewers to lose all of their points.

Help/Support / Use points but maintain ranks?

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way that users are free to use their points, but can maintain their ranks?  It would be great to be able to recognise long time viewers by their rank.  Currently it costs points to request songs in my stream, but a lot of users are hesitant to do this because they want to keep their rank/points (to show they have been watching my stream for a long time). I want to encourage them to request songs but..I can't do that when they lose their rank.
