Bug Reports / User in my Chat is permanently "Moderator" (please help me)

A user in my Stream/Chat is permanently moderator. When i remove the Mod rights he dont got the rights. But when i reconnect the deepbot then he get instant mod back ... that is a bug or something?! Can someone help me? Its only with 1 guy, with all others i dont got any problems with removing ... looks like a permanent mod status ...

i donated 10days ago or so some dollar to get vip for the whisper commands for my deepbot, this whisper commands dont works again for me ..

i had a rename on twitch from dazer_boosting to dazer_live

can a mod check this please? my 200-300 viewer want to know their "points" via whisper from bot

i had this feature with my old acc dazer_boosting whit them im loged in here right now ... twitch renamed my name dazer_boosting to dazer_live. Did i lost this vip thingy now because of that? i really want that whisper fuction again ... can i get it back please or have i to donate again 5 .... ?

i donated 5$ but i got an accountnamechange on twitch ...

my name was dazer_boosting, twitch renamed me to dazer_live but i spend my 5$! so please gimem that vip thingy back ...

Hey i got a problem, i had a command in my deepbot:

/w @user@ ....................

With that command my viewer had checked in the past their points in my stream, but this command dont works anymore, why?!

It seems that the /w dont works in a command anymore, without "/w" everything works ... how can that be?

new stream name: Dazer_Live

new bot name: Dazer_Bot

please change that my viewer wanna check my bot at my renamed twitch

as the topic said, my name was dazer_boosting and im registred with it, now my name is Dazer_Live in twitch. Can you change this please for me? Bot makes an error

i just followed the guide .. still not my settings and no points etc

i copys from backup users, chanmsgconfig and userconfig and paste it into data, then i start deepbot and he just got no settings no nothing
