follower notification

on my bot the follower notification is grey and wont allow me to change anything associated with it, if im offline or online, or if my bot is in or out. its not adding the points whenever someone follows. it is also not showing they are new followers in the database. any fix?

I have been having the same issue with my service as well, the notification stopped working and it uneditable.

If the options are greyed out, most likely your VIP status has expired.
