Songs not being added to list

For some reason when I try to manually add a song, or add on with the command, it doesn't appear and doesn't play.

Deepbot has a hard coded limit on the length of videos you try to add. This limit is 20 minutes. The video you tried to add was 25 minutes long thus Deepbot did not add it to the playlist.
