Your Bot Twitch Name and Stream Name are entered correctly? And you did tell experts the correct names to add to the database? (As in your Bot twitch name and Stream name?)
And you did click on Oauthpassword so twitch recognizes it? And the port you are using is something that is usable, like I use 80.
