Problem Still Not Fixed (Spam)

We are still having troubles with spam, Explaining to go to the bots channel was way to confusing to viewers and we had to post it over and over again.

Is there a way to make !gold not appear in chat. Such as /gold. which is like /ban, where no message appears in chat. (We want the bot to say how much gold and hours you have though)

Not sure if this is possible,
