Multiplier does not seem to be working.

I have my online points setup as 1 per 5 and I have my multipliers setup 4, 8, 16, 40, 1.5, 1 but I just tested the VIP Gold (40) on myself and I am only getting 1 per 5. Is this not functioning correctly or did I do something wrong?

Assuming you have used your account to test it you can't make yourself VIP Gold as your Streamer rank will supersede it.

As you have set the Streamer multiplier to 1 (Judging from the order you have placed these in) this is the reason why you are still earning 1 point every 5 minutes
