Donation Notification in Stream Chat Broken

The bot appears to be posting broken messages when people donate through the bot, and it won't let me edit any of the text files after the first time I tried changing them (text simple won't change) how can I fix this?

Sorry - could you provide a bit more info or a screenshot on what exactly is going wrong?
