Drag Race "Ghost Car" bug

So here is what happend, User starts drag race and wins top3 from car 0.

[16:25:16] <USERX> : !dragrace top3 250 4
[16:27:16] <gameplehbot> : Congratulations USERX, Looks like lady luck has a soft spot for you. Your Top 3 pick, Car 0 has finished in third place, giving you 500 Points.

I also have seen that bug before.

Not just that, if someone bets on >Car 9, etc..., it still accept the bet.
