Adobe Flash Player Plugin Not Working

Shows that it is not working in deepbot

Shows that I have it installed and always allowed

Shows that Adobe recognizes that I have Flash installed

Youtube itself works just fine. I have tried reinstalling the plugin, enabling it/disabling it. Still nothing.
