Keyword Raffle [Bug]

There is a bug, unless I am doing it wrong.  When you start a keyword raffle, you should be able to click the 'Add Offline VIP's' to the raffle, but it becomes greyed out.  Yet it tells you to start a raffle before you can add offline VIP's.  It also remains greyed out once the raffle starts, and is never clickable again till a bot restard. 

Confirmed to be happening to atleast one other person via Streamer Chat.  Thank you~

This feature works only with VIP only raffles (if the filter is set to all users, this feature is disabled)

Would be nice, if we could include offline VIP's in all raffles, as that was a perk I wanted to offer to the VIP's.
