after update cant login

After the past few updates it wont let me log in. I put in all the correct info and it still wont let me? could someone reset my account logon or password. Or tell me how to exactly do that?

Are you signing in with your bot's username, saucybot? If so you might need to re-authenticate. Click the blue "OAuth Password" link in the bot to go through this process again.

Its not recognizing my twitch login in the saying the information is incorrect, I'm not putting my bot name in i was trying to login the bot to twitch 1st and then i was going to put the bot name in just like the tutorial said its just not working!
