Point giveaway not working

I have to manually give points away. Not bad if you only have like 10 people in your stream but ive been pulling 100-200 viewers a stream. Viewers do not get points for being in the stream. They do however get points for heists. Help would be amazing. Thanks

Have you pressed "enabled" for the points on the front tab, and set it to give points away?  Also, make sure that you have it set so that all viewers get points, not just active chatters.
