Hello its Possible to bring in these 2 commands?

The @counter@ is for a counter that push it up after every command! (If it worf to write in with what counter it begins)

the @touser@ is, when i write !slap user in chat come The streamer was slapped by user.

And the last, (Link, Spam, etc.) timeouts...

Moderation featured are currently not available on DeepBot.  This is something that is better suited to a server hosted solution like nightbot, moobot, ackbot, or xanbot. The reason is that moderation functions require the bots to scan every word of every chat message, which can get processor intensive as your stream grows. Given DeepBot runs on the users machines, this would begin to hinder gameplay.
