!points dont work

So on my channel my commands to check points do not work.

I don't quite understand what you mean.  If you mean when people do !points in your chat and nothing happens, make sure that you have "Only check points in bot chat" disabled in the master settings.  Also make sure that they are doing !<point name> if you have changed it.
