Bankheist "Next Level Entry Message" not showing

I dont know if I understand something wrong. When i start a bankheist and enough people join to reach a specific level (2-5) the "Next Level Entry Message" should appear right?

But what happens is that the "Entry Message" is displayed and then the "Game Outcomes Start" message and in the end the "Success" message. I never get the "NextLevel Entry Message" even though enough people join to reach another level.
 
Can anybody explain this to me?

might i ask how exactly you acquired deepbot?
is this question for your deepbot or for a deepbot you mod?

I'm a mod of white_destiny, who acquired the deepbot. Thanks for the first tip with the Short'Z videos. I already watched those, but the "Next Level Entry Message" just doesn't appear for us :S

By default the next level is set to 10.  Have you guys changed it down to 5?
