Command not working

Hello, there is a command, and it will only work for the streamer, the user level is on all viewers.

aahh, I think I know why is does not work, commands with a ! as the 1st thing wont be triggered, unless they are the streamer.

The command is executed with the same access privileges as the user executing it. So this will only work for the Streamer and Mod level 2.
