song time limit needs to be lifted/editable

My stream is big on classical music, and this hurts me when someone wants to request a 1 hour song.

I swear, after trying nightbot and moobot with everything hard-coded, I was so excited to see you could choose how many songs people could request.... Then to my horrible dismay you decided to hardcode the length of the songs. Please tell me there is an easy config file to change this....

Can anyone tell me why everyone since the dawn of the first bot decided to put restrictions on length that can't be edited? I am still trying to figure out a good reason for this....

And probably because of trolls that request 10 hour songs of something trollish, like Rickroll.

In my time streaming since April 1 2014, I have had these "long song" trolls maybe 5 times. While my stream is much smaller than bigger streams, this highlights a couple points:

1. It should be up to the streamer to decide if a song is too long and needs to be skipped (troll songs come in all forms including 3 second farts)
2. This also reflects the need for it to be a long limit in small streams (mine) and a short limit on big streams. Aka, editable.
