Sorry for all the issues.. I Donated $11 prior, and had VIP privileges earlier. But after I got my Twitch Account name and bot name changed it says I can no longer use the follower alert as I dont have VIP level...

Could I please get my VIP level back?

VIP access requires a monthly subscription of $5 or more.  You get a free month of VIP when you are added to the beta.  You were added Dec. 6th, which is more than a month ago, which is why your VIP is inactive.  Find out more here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/VIP+Streams
