signing in bot help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee

just got deepbot and can easy sign in stream but everytime i try to sign in bot it will not complete the operation.sorry for beening a noob but can some one help the video has not helped.

Can you screenshot the error DeepBot gives you when you try to sign into your bot account through Twitch?
