Point reset

What is the best way to reset all points for all users?

I do not want to reset the hours though.

Go to the user database, right click and go to reset database, then reset points.

Ok cool. The hours do not reset correct? Just the points?

As long as you only press "Reset points" and not "Reset hours" or "Reset full database" then it won't.
