Donated And Still Can't Add DeepBot To My Stream

When I try to put deepbot in my channel it tells me I need to apply for deepbot but I already applied and paid my donation. Please Help

Please make sure that you have no firewalls that could be blocking the connection to DeepBot.  Please try running in admin mode and switching the ports. Also twitch servers have been having problems and they are working on them.

That is because you are trying to login with the bot name "monay_bot", but the bot name you told us is "black_bot".  If you want to change your bot name, please go to http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/.  First log in, then go to your account.  There you will see a field that says "Botname:".  Just click on the bot name and enter in the new name.

their is no conformation email from deepbot .. i have recived my payment email from paypal ...
i cant seem to find contact info  how long dose the process take .....

The process can take 24-48 hours, but usually takes less.
