Paid donation ETA on message back?

Just wondering how long it is going to take for a reply, I know it says 24 -48 hours, but I've seen users in the forum saying they have been waiting a while.
I'd really like to have access asap, like the title suggests I have paid the $10 donation.

The process can take up to 24-48 hrs.
