VIP only giveaways

I would like to do VIP only giveaways, but not require them to be in the stream during the giveaway.

I can use a random name picker in some other program, but is there a way to do it in Deepbot? I only see VIP only raffles if they are currently online.

For keyword raffles, you can check the box to include offline VIP's, and then press the button for the rank of VIP you want.
