issue with bank heist game (greyed out)

ok so I have changed my mini game all around to not be a bank heist but instead I make everything work to a raid boss fight arena.
the other day it just stopped working and now the edit page looks like this

I have tried to reset it and all and it stays grey and I cant figure it out.
how would I fix this issue?

That is an exclusive feature for VIP streams which requires a monthly subscription of $5 or more.  Find out more here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/VIP+Streams

then mine must have ran out or something.
thing is I was live when this happened, it seems really odd too and I am not sure if a coincidence or what BUT I was streaming and out of no where everything dropped for me like my internet, OBS, deepbot, and when it came back that feature was gone at the same time. I am not sure when you pull away the feature from someone who is no longer a VIP does this occur? Crazy to think so but I have no idea how it works with removing the features automatically like that.

Basically when you press the connect button on startup, the bot will contact the Deepbot servers to perform a check to see if you have access to the VIP features. It performs this check only when pressing the connect button. As you mentioned your internet connection dropped when meant you needed to connect again and authenticate. This is probably when you lost access to the features it is associated with.

Assuming you used http://deepbot.deep.sg/pay/ this will be performed automatically. This may take a little bit of time for it to properly process. If you are currently connected with Deepbot you will need to close it and reopen it for it to perform the check to refresh your VIP status.

You'll know if this has been successful due to finding a gold star at the top of the program.
