let a mod control deepbot

I personally dont really like the controlling of bot at all, however i currently have a mod doing all commands and stuff for me on nightbot, however nightbot sucks
So i kinda need to know if i can let a mod edit deepbot OUTSIDE of the stream, or wat the alternatives are

This is something that has been talked about and may be implemented, if I recall correctly.
