Multiple machine support
« on: February 19, 2015, 10:46:45 PM »
Hey there.

We stream from our studio in London which means we are often using different people's machines (Coders, 3D Artists, main stream machine etc). We've had some issues with DeepBot not joining the channel because it thinks we're not eligible for the beta.

Is this linked to us trying to use it on multiple machines? We only use it on our main streaming computer now and it seems to be fine.

Yeah - currently the database is stored locally, so moving machines regularly will create issues. It is recommended you run it from a single computer.

If really needed, only way I could think is that you could install DeepBot on a USB3 flash drive and carry it around. However, I have not personally tested this.
