Are you running DeepBot in admin mode?

Windows XP doesn't have an admin mode... But I am on an admin account

I would recommend reinstalling the bot.

You can try running update.exe within the bot to see if the refreshed files resolve the issue. If not, then it is most likely that a dependency used by DeepBot has been uninstalled. In this case, I would recommend starting with installing the VC++ 2012 Redistribuable (x86) from Microsoft ( http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/vcredist_x86.exe ).

Well doing what you asked me fixed the issue... For a little bit. Now it seems to be crashing again for what looks like no reason. It seems like it's crashing before the deepbot even gets to make a crash log now. The log says "conflict"

Also, when I try to run the updater, it will be running fine and then randomly freeze at "moving files"

I would recommend moving DeepBot to the root drive (C:\DeepBot)
Also the error indicates the VC++ redist I linked is still not installed. Try installing that and then reboot.

Hopefully this solves the issues you are seeing.

I actually did install what you linked me, which is why it started working. But now it isn't working, and it crashes immediately upon opening, and doesn't create a log. I just get an error that says "DeepBot has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I'm reinstalled DeepBot, I'm reinstalled the software you told me to get.

Have PM'ed you my Skype. I can try to teamviewer in and see if I can help sort the installation issue out when we are both online (I am generally online between 10am - 12noon EST)
