Get user points as external file

I'm trying to produce a file containing the usernames of my users and their accrued points. If I could just export the "User Database" tab to a text file, that would be perfect. Is there any way to do this?
I have about 100k users and would prefer not to type them out manually. :)

It is currently not possible to export the user database.
