Custom Follow notification

Hello I need a CSS stylesheet for my follow alert.

I would like to use http://cdn.gifbay.com/2013/05/playing_dayz-46965.gif as the GIF. And "Thanks for the follow (follower)!" on top, in blue with cyan outline.
