New Bot?

So I realized to late that my bot was associated with an e-mail I no longer have access to, with the twitch security breach I can not reset my old bot account.   I made a new bot account but I need that linked to my VIP account.  Whom should I contact to get this changed?

Old Bot: Alvisbot
New Bot: Alvis_bot
