Major Issue: Deepbot misses Donations

Hey guys!

Deepbot isnt registering the donations I receive. First time it happened was last week. Wasnt worried about it, coz it happened the first time. Well, yesterday I got another donation which also didnt got through and today I received 5 donations during my session and only one got through...
There has to be a problem! Viewer donates, I get the mail from Paypal, the money is on my account but deepbot isnt registering the donation!
I use deepbot for several month now and I never had problems!

I really hope you can help me! An user in the streamerchat told me it could help to change some stuff in my paypalsettings. He said its probably an IPN Issue. It could help to add this address "http://api.deepbot.tv/ipn/ipn.php?" to my paypal settings.
Dunno, what seems strange to me is that today for example 1 out of 5 came trough and like I said I never had problems over months.
I really hope you guys can help to solve this problem fast.

Can you verify that you are running the bot in Admin mode?

There is a bug with the donation system currently where certain utf-8 characters are not supported. Experts is looking into it.

Okay, good to know. Anyways strange that it seems that I am the only one who has this problem...was asking multiple times in streamer chat...

Well dunno, hope it get fixed really soon then. You guys doing a great job, would be nice to get an info as popup when launching deepbot for example - "Currently there is a bug with the donation system, we working on it"
Just an idea but I think its a good one!

Well, I am a bit confused, pls correct me...so atm I can just wait, the problem is not on my end and what I understand also not deepbot.

Dunno, guess I need to get a new donation alert then, any suggestions till deepbot system is running because atm its just annoying as fuck :(

Well there is twitchalerts. I don't really recommend anyone since they take a % of any donation you receive, but since it will be temporary, I guess its up to you.
