Quote system help

I have set up a !addquote command, but it is not letting any user (including me) use it!

Every time I try to add a quote it gives me the message "Sorry mr_luvva_luvva, you are not permitted to add quotes." even though I have it set for all users!

Help would be much appreciated as I cannot figure this out at all, I have attached my command screen in case anyone can spot a mistake!

Hi Mrluvvaluvva.
You can set the Quote cmd so all users can use it in the quote section and the cmds are as follows

Quote Commands
 
•!quote <optional ID> : Displays a quote from the database (Streamer can enable or disable these for the different user classes)
 •!addquote <name> <quote> : Adds a quote to the database (Streamer can enable or disable these for the different user classes)
 •!delquote <ID> : Deletes a quote from the database (Streamer can enable or disable these for the different user classes)

Yeah I have done that (dunno why my image isn't displaying) the cmd is set to allow all users but it still refuses to let anyone add them (including me)

You don't have to create the command, they are held inside DeepBot.  If you go to the quotes tab, and go to permissions you will be able to setup the level when people can buy quotes.
