User Rank Config Error when trying to change master settings

I am trying to adjust my settings in the master panel but every time I hit save I get this message:
       User Rank Config incorrect for Rank 2. Next ranks requirement needs to be higher than previous rank.
Any thoughts on this?

On the rank tab of your master settings, hit load defaults. Should take care of the problem.
