Master Settings

In Master Settings I try and change things, and when I go to save, it says that I need "User Rank config incorrect for Rank 2. Next ranks requirement needs to be higher than previous rank." and all it says is OK at the bottom. Does any one know why?

In master settings go to rank tab on the left>Load Default. Then you should be able to save.
