Custom variables question

Hey quick question. I know all the custom variables but I'm curios if theres a way to basically make a command like this:
!addcmd @target@ has @hrstolevelup@ hours to level up stream rank.
but somehow make the hrstolevelup variable pull from the target? Sorta like how Check works.
Of course this would open up options on other variables, just curios if I missed something. I'm tired atm so entirely possible lol

To understand this right,
you want a command for users to check other users @hrstolevelup@.
If yes, then i have to dissapoint you, it doesn't work
you only could create a normal check command for other users
