User Rank config error

Whenever I try to save any Master settings i get this Error: User Rank config incorrect for Rank 2. Next ranks requirement needs to be higher than previous rank.

I have done no sort of rank changing of the sort. I even went so far as to reset all ranks and points.

Under the master settings you should see a User Ranks tab on the left>Go there and hit load default. And then save.
