Files to save before Reinstalling deepbot

Since I am not getting any luck with my deepbot crashing before I can get an answer, What is the files that I need to save before I reinstall deepbot yet again because it will not update even in admin mode?

Talked with in Streamer chat, but it is just your data folder in deepbot. :)
