deepbot chat not working?

My deepbot chat on stream is only showing my stream bots chat and nothing else, Anyone else know whats going on?

On the chat tab, do you have external chat checked? If no, check it. If yes, it should work.

Yes its worked perfectly the last couple weeks tonight it is just not working i didnt change any settings. its only showing my bots chat and thats it

I know why, your VIP has/is about to expire. If you want to keep this feature along with other VIP features, you need to donate $5 a month. You can do that here: http://deepbot.tv/pay/ Be sure to include your stream name in the twitch name box for automatic VIP, then restart deepbot after donating.
