Database problems (Subscriber / Mods / Follower)
« on: May 18, 2015, 01:02:45 AM »
Dear Support,

i have a Database Problem here. I tryed to refresh my follower List but it don't work for me. Only 2054 Follower of 5600 Follower are displayed.

Additional my deepbot cant indentify all of my Subscribers and Mods.

A lot of my follower are included in the Database, but there is a "Not Following" Problem in the "Follow Date" column.

My Screenshots are attached.

Thank you!

After a Restart all Subscribers are detected. Other problems are not solved at the Moment

Could you try right-clicking in your User Database tab and clicking "Refresh all followers"?

Try disconnecting the bot completely, then reconnect it?

Go to twitch.tv > Settings > Remove Test.Deepbot.tv

Then try opening up deepbot and you may have to relogin to both bot/streamer accounts. It may take time to update your database, but might just work.
